Geography
The property stands on the northern slope of the Carpathian arc, where beech and spruce forest runs from the valley floor up to roughly 1,000 m and the tree line gives way to open meadow above it.
Temperate continental mountain. July averages 17 °C, January averages -5 °C, and 900-1,100 mm of precipitation falls across about 150 days a year, most of it in June and July.
Drinking water is drawn from a capped mineral spring at 760 m and measured at 14 °C at the outlet. The Opir river runs 2.4 km below the property, along the valley road.
128 km from Lviv by the M06 and T1425 roads, 2 h 40 min by road transfer. The nearest rail halt is Skole, 9 km from the gate, with onward pickup by arrangement.

Five-day outline
A 2 h 40 min drive from Lviv, check-in at 14:20, then an unhurried evening in the 36 °C mineral pool. Dinner from the fixed menu at 19:00.
9 km, 4 h, grade 2 on forest track and gravel. Afternoon sauna at 90 °C in three rounds of 12 min, with cold plunge between rounds.
6 km, 2 h 30 min on a wide gravel path, 180 m of climb. The bath house stays open until 21:00 and takes no booking.
6.5 km, 3 h, grade 2 with a short stepped section. If it rains, the day moves to the village museum and the bath house instead.
Pool from 07:00, breakfast at 08:30, check-out 10:30, and the transfer reaches Lviv at 13:30.

Booking facts

A 20 percent deposit of the package total confirms the booking, with the balance due 14 days before arrival. Deposits are accepted by card or bank transfer in euro or hryvnia.
Yes. A shared transfer from Lviv leaves at 10:00 on arrival day and returns after breakfast on the final day. Travel time to the retreat is about 2 hours 40 minutes.
All three are prepared when requested at booking. Meals are listed per day in the itinerary, and lunches away from the retreat are not included in the package total.
Each guided route carries a named wet-weather alternative at lower elevation, so the excursion day keeps its length and difficulty grade. Substitutions are announced the evening before.
