2. Data we collect

When you send a booking enquiry or use the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of guests and your message. We also collect cookie identifiers and technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.

3. Legal framework and basis

We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 and identify ourselves as required by the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015. Where you are in the EU, GDPR rights also apply. Our bases are your consent, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

4. How we use your data

We use your data to answer booking enquiries, prepare and manage bookings, and provide pre-contract information, including where the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995 and the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 apply. We do not sell your data.

5. Cookies

Cookie identifiers are set only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time in your browser settings. Non-essential cookies are not used before you agree.

6. Sharing and transfers

We share data with hosting and payment providers acting on our instructions and with authorities where the law requires. Transfers outside Ukraine rely on appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for 12 months. If a booking is made, records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Write to contact@zenithfitwdear.com. We reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba).

9. Forms and redirects

Our forms use a visible submit button. Submitting a form redirects you to a thank-you page; no optional validation or separate success screen is used.
