1. Booking Conditions

Bookings are confirmed upon deposit and written confirmation. The contract is governed by Zakon Ukrainy "Pro turyzm" vid 15.09.1995 No. 324/95-VR and Zakon Ukrainy "Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv" vid 10.06.2023 No. 3153-IX.

2. Package Tour Details

Package includes accommodation, excursions, and travel insurance as specified. Full details are provided before purchase. Resort and spa facilities comply with Zakon Ukrainy "Pro kurorty" vid 05.10.2000 No. 2028-III.

3. Total Price Disclosure

The total price includes all mandatory fees, taxes, and surcharges. No hidden costs. Prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation fees apply according to deadlines. Changes are subject to availability and may incur fees. Refunds are processed within 30 days.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the total price paid. We are not liable for force majeure or third-party failures.

6. Accommodation, Excursions, and Travel Insurance

Accommodation and excursions are as described. Travel insurance is included as per Zakon Ukrainy "Pro turyzm". Advertising is truthful and complies with Zakon Ukrainy "Pro reklamu" vid 03.07.1996 No. 270/96-VR.

7. Consumer Rights and Complaints

Consumers may complain to Derzhprodsluzhba. We comply with Zakon Ukrainy "Pro elektronnu komertsiyu" vid 03.09.2015 No. 675-VIII and Zakon Ukrainy "Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh" vid 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI.
