Every package total is per person in twin share

VAT and the Lviv tourist tax sit inside each figure below, so the amount you read is the amount you transfer. No booking fee is added later, and no seasonal surcharge appears at checkout.

Pool and sauna access during the posted opening hours
The spa sessions listed for your package, 50 minutes each
Transfer from Lviv on arrival and departure day, 128 km each way
Guided excursion days with a named wet-weather alternative

Not included in the price

Lunches, taken at a village cafe or packed by the guesthouse at cost
Alcoholic drinks of any kind
Travel insurance, which we ask you to arrange before departure
Massage and additional treatments beyond those listed in your tier
Personal transfers outside the scheduled arrival and departure windows
Single-room supplement, quoted separately on request

Cancellation terms

+More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid, less the booking deposit.
+30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the package total is refunded.
+14 days or fewer before arrival: no refund, but the booking may be transferred once to another guest.
−The booking deposit is non-refundable and is stated separately on every price row.

Financial protection and your rights

Prices are per person in twin share and include the local tourist tax. Group size is capped at 14 guests, so a departure can be cancelled up to 21 days before arrival. In that case you receive a full refund or a free move to another date.
