Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to retreat packages booked via zenithfitwdear.com. We disclose the operator, services, price and booking terms under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023 and the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995.
2. Cancellation and refunds

Send requests to contact@zenithfitwdear.com. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
3. Rescheduling and transfer
With 15 days’ notice you may reschedule once or transfer the booking free of charge, subject to availability; price differences may apply.
4. No-show
Failure to attend, or to join within 24 hours of the start without notice, is a no-show: no refund, no rescheduling credit.
5. Force majeure
If we cancel due to force majeure, including resort-area restrictions under the Law of Ukraine "On Resorts" No. 2028-III dated 05.10.2000, you may take a full refund or a free transfer.
6. Complaints and disputes
Contact contact@zenithfitwdear.com or +380 936 361 7160; we reply within 10 business days. Advertising is governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996; online booking by the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015. Unresolved disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba). Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010.
