Retreats overview

When each retreat runs, and how high it sleeps

Three packages share one base in the Skole Beskids, yet they sit at different altitudes and open on different dates. Season window and elevation band decide which one suits your walking pace and your tolerance for mountain weather.

The lower tier opens first and closes last. The high tier trades a shorter window for cooler nights, wider views and a spa pavilion held at 34 °C. Choose a row below, then read the day-by-day itinerary and the departure dates for that tier.

Outside those windows the forest road above 900 m is unplowed and the spa pavilion closes for maintenance. Per-person totals in twin share, with tax included, are listed on the pricing page.

How are the guides certified?

Every walking day is led by a guide holding a Mountain Leader certificate at grade II or above, issued by a Ukrainian trekking association and renewed every four years. Groups stay at eight walkers per guide, twelve on the open valley routes.

What first-aid cover travels with the group?

Two guides on each departure hold a current first-aid certificate refreshed every 24 months, covering cold exposure, sprains and altitude-related discomfort. A group kit with a splint, thermal blankets and a blood-pressure monitor travels in the support vehicle each day.

Where does the Lviv ground transfer start?

The coach leaves from 15 Horodotska St, Lviv, 79007, at the courtyard entrance, 15 minutes after the stated pickup window opens. Guides wait with a printed passenger list until 20 minutes past departure before the coach moves on. Route times and return drop-off points are confirmed in writing before you pay.
